CycleWatch allows you to keep a record of your menstrual cycles to later show them to your physician. The program includes a calendar in which you are supposed to mark the different stages of your menstrual cycle, including menstruation, spotting, sex, temperature, fluid color and texture, among other things. First, you must specify the date of your last period and configure the preferences to your liking. You can also enter notes day by day, where you can include other details that you consider relevant. However, this application doesn't allow you to set a goal like other similar programs, such as to avoid a pregnancy or achieve one. Thus, the program won´t tell you when to avoid sex or have it to conceive a child. The only thing you can do with this program is watch your cycle carefully and take these observations to your gynecologist, who will tell you what to do.
The program features an old-looking, unattractive user interface, which is also a bit confusing. You can view the information in the calendar or in simple charts that you can later print. The program can also be password protected, so you can be sure you are the only one accessing it.
In short, I really wouldn't recommend to buy CycleWatch because you can find better and more complete applications for less money.
